Here is a fascinating account of Captain Denny Fitch, whom I have to admit being ignorant of until reading this. Designated Driver is a Toronto resident and was naturally more closely affected by Flight 358 and the miraculous escape of all aboard. Denny Fitch is a pilot from another story which makes for good reading.
